Baby Anna Lynn Creech came into this world on December 25, 2008.
We were in Hawaii with Amy, Jay, Haley, and Emma. She is a beautiful
gift from God. She was dedicated at Bethlehem Baptist Church on
Mother's Day.

AQUACISE CLASSES

Several of us (Margaret, Mary, Brenda, and myself) are taking aquacise classes at the Gypsy Divers in Raleigh.

AQUACIZE IS a shallow-water workout designed to exercise both upper and lower body muscle groups with minimal impact to the joints. All components of exercise – strength, endurance, flexibility and cardiovascular training – are met in this class, with an additional focus on breathing, posture and balance. Multiple exercise options are provided, based on individual skill/fitness level and student-specific needs.

AQUACIZE IS a great workout and a fun way to begin and/or maintain a lifetime habit of good physical health.

Morgana Moore, PT, MPT, ATRIC, has been a physical therapist since 1998, and has specialized in aquatic therapy for the last six years. She has worked with patients of all ages and with a wide variety of diagnoses. She is also a triathlete, and has enjoyed scuba diving since becoming certified through Gypsy Divers in 1991. She has now started her own business - Aqua Therapy Solutions, seeing private aquatic patients in addition to teaching the Aquacize class.


Course Times and dates:

The Fall session: Tues. and Thurs. at 9:30AM, from now thru Thurs. , November 20.
The Winter Session: TBA
Course Tuition: $5 per class

You can sign up for two sessions per week, or only one - your choice.

Haley Playing T-Ball

Our little Haley is playing T-ball in Okinawa and we are missing all of her games.
God bless their hearts! Amy has sent us a few T-ball pictures and we are so thankful for that!
